This year marks our Fourth Annual Kidzfest being held on September 11, 2010 at ChallengeGrovePark in Cherry Hill, NJ. In our first year Kidzfest drew more than 1,200 attendees from the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. In our second year Kidzfest was attended by over 4,000 attendees – and last year our attendance increased to over 6,000 attendees! Each year we select a cause in which 100% of our proceeds from the day of the event go to enrich the lives of children. Over the past three years we have raised over $100,000 towards helping children in need.

Pennsylvania Coast Day

September 11th, Saturday  from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m

Visitors will have four ways to experience the Delaware River. These include free tours on the River Link Ferry (first 1,200 people), $5 kayak lessons, and $5 pedal-boat rides. New Jersey’s official tall ship, the A.J. Meerwald, will also be in port. Its crew is offering sailing trips for only $15 to $35 per person. There will also be numerous exhibits inside and outside the IndependenceSeaportMuseum (special $5 admission rate). Kids can get their faces painted, make a craft, and earn a prize (supplies limited). And the fun continues when you take a free shuttle to the FairmountWaterWorksInterpretiveCenter, located beside the SchuylkillRiver. Every Champion For Cures will receive night-of-walk benefits including a Light The Night t-shirt, illuminated balloon, and a wristband that entitles the walker to food and refreshments

Beef and Beer for Jason Moletzsky

Our nephew Jason "Jake" Moletzsky of the United States Coast Gaurd lost his life in a search and rescue mission off the coast of San Clemente Island, California on October 29, 2009.  We would like to start a Memorial Fund in Jake's name.  We are collectively coordinating with Norristown Lodge #714 to assit us.  It is our hope that this function will grow to be an even bigger success year after year.  Your donations will be recognized in our program and announced at the beef and beer.  The donations can be sent to Brigit Quinn 120 Evergreen Lane King of Prussia, PA 19406.  Checks can be made out to Elks Lodge #714. Thank you for keeping Jake's memory alive.
