I'm a little pissed off right now, and here's why... I started working out about two weeks ago. I'm doing boxing cardio... busting my ass!! It's not easy, and I'm eating well! Not perfect, but I've made some BIG adjustments with my food... and I weighed myself this morning, and I haven't lost ANYTHING!! WTF, right?? I'm sorry just needed to vent a little... Yo yo! What's up?? WOW what a show last night with Ne-Yo at World Cafe Live... There is nothing better than watching your favorite artist up close... If you ever get a chance to see an artist that you like at World Cafe Live, do it. It's very classy, and every seat in the house is great!! I think Ne-Yo is gonna blow up to another level! Like super-star status... I mean, I know he's big already, but I'm talking NEXT LEVEL!! Check out the interview and video on our website... I didn't think we could top Wyclef at World Cafe Live, but we did!! The format was better... And we have more special shows planned for you in the near future!! Keep listening...This is F'd up!!

I had a pretty interesting day yesterday..I went to NYC to the Sony Music building and had a one-on-one interview with artist John Legend... We are doing something very cool with him in the near future... He has a new CD that drops in October... Be on the lookout for the exclusive behind-the-scenes interview on WiredTV... WOW!! My life is F'ing crazy!! So you know that my wife and I are separated... it's been 1 month now that I have lived on my own with my cousin Juice.... But I'm trying to get her back! Right now it's not going well.... We had a big fight this past weekend... We're both playing stupid head games... No one wants to cave in... But I did send her a dozen red roses last week which blew her away..... Score 2 points for me! Lol.. Keep listening to my show; I will keep you updated with my situation!!! I really want to get her back and my family back together!! Hopefully I have a chance...Keep me in your prayers........and wish me luck!!!!!

Hey what's up! It's Tuesday morning, August 5, about 5:20 AM, and I'm done with my prep for today's show, so I thought I'd let you in on what's up with me... Yesterday I mentioned on the show that a friend of mine lost over 100lbs on the cookie diet, so I took a lot of calls... Some of you said it was a scam, and others said it worked, so I called their offices to find out more... And it sounds good, and it's not that expensive either. I'm scheduled to meet with them today... I'll keep you posted! They say you should lose 12-15 lbs a month....I like that...Laundry

This is kinda stupid but I don't know how to use a washer and dryer!!!! You see I lived at home till I got married...so my mom did all the laundry, and then my wife did it from there...so I really did not have to do it...so today G-N is coming over my house to teach me!!! I'm gonna video blog it too...I'm down to 1 pair of clean under wear..ouch..talk to u later!Update on My Living Arrangement

Wow...I've been in my apartment for a little over a week now! And I'm not gonna lie, it feels very weird...Especially this past weekend, my cousin who is living with me right now had a 2-day date with someone, so he was gone over the weekend, and I was all by myself....That also means that I had no one to cook....so I had to eat out...My cousin is back today, yea!!! That means dinner tonight!! OH YEA...I'm Going On a Diet!

Ok that's it....I'm going on a diet!!!! I've already started..I'm trying to eat better..and I might try boxing...G-N say's she loves it! But for real, I'm gonna do some walking and slow down the food!!! Please wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!

Hey what's up, it's Chio! Man, it has been a long week!!! Just a bunch of meetings here at the station, etc...Been working a lot on the show....And I had some great news this week...Ratings came out and we did great!!! Thank you for listening! So this weekend I'm gonna do a little celebrating!!! Tonight I'll be at Brownies 23 East in Ardmore..It's my new spot on Fridays...And tomorrow, Reeds in Blue Bell, PA...a beach party with a bikini contest, $600.00 in cash...plus Split Decision on stage...I love those guys! They rock!!! If I don't see you out this weekend, talk to you on Monday!
